Before I get into today’s recipe post, I have a tech-y question.  This morning’s fight with blogger (no pictures?!) really has me wanting to convert to wordpress.  Does anyone know anything that can help me?  I currently have my own domain through blogger and need to go from there.

Thanks!  Here’s some deliciousness …

Mmm.

Really, really easy.  Here’s the recipe.

Tomato, Basil & Onion Pasta Salad
4 ounces Spaghetti
(whatever kind you like – we have a jar with a big mixture!)
1/2 Tomato
1 Spring Onion
2 teaspoons Basil, finely minced
1/4-1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Pinch Sea Salt

Did I mention that I decided I wanted to make this, went out to my garden, pulled the onion and used it 10 minutes later?!  So.cool.

Okay, let’s start with some boiling water.  I throw the sea salt in to raise the boiling temperature.

Dice up your tomatoes and onions.

Cook your pasta until it’s just about done.  I like a little crunch with my pasta salad.

Rinse in cold water and drain any excess.  Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Pour in the olive oil …

Toss in your basil and pepper and the stir in onions and tomatoes.

I ate this right away, but I imagine the flavor only gets better if it has a few hours to set.

This will only make one big portion (or two regular sized portions) – double up if you’re feeding more!

Enjoy.

Hey Sarah! I have Wordpress and I do like it… although the options appear to be limited on how much customization you can do, but maybe that's just because I am not really tech-savy and haven't figured it out. It's really easy to add pictures to it, though, so it might be worth looking into.
